The food is decent. Portions are large. My rating is based on the fact that their handicap entrance is not up to code. They have a ramp but there is no way to open the door at the top of it without someone going inside. This makes it very difficult to get in when you have to hold onto the wheelchair of the handicapped person or even the hand of someone who can't do steps.

My oh my, where to start? This was the third and FINAL chance I will give this place. Each review gets worse and if I could give it less than one star this time, I would. I had received coupons to this place and almost didn't keep them, but decided to tuck them away just in case. Husband and I went to a movie at Movies 10 and decided that since the Blue Fig was literally yards away and I had a coupon, it might be worth a shot. It was Sunday evening at 6:30 and there were 3 cars in the lot and a fourth that pulled in at the same time we did. They were waiting for a hostess when we got inside. We all continued to wait. While waiting, I noticed a sour/dirty smell and read the specials board where the "serloin steakes" were listed. Finally, some man from the bar area said he'd go find someone. Other couple was seated and then we were. Table was greasy and I used the menu, in front of hostess, to push crumbs out of my way. The floor was sticky and the menu was very greasy. We discussed leaving or just having drinks, but our waitress showed up so we ordered a beer and Kettle martini. After a considerably long wait, the waitress brought our drinks and then proceeded to spill martini on me. Accidents happen, but she said "oops sorry" and went to walk away! When I complained, she half heartedly got some napkins and wiped up the table...but left me sitting in vodka. I told her to bring me the bill for the drinks because we weren't eating there. While waiting, I tasted what was left in my glass and it was NOT even the right liquor! As I was leaving I stopped over to give my coupon to the young couple that came in at the same time. They had not even seen a waitress, nor gotten menus. What a colossal disappointment!

$.35/wing night! Woohoo, I went on a thursday and they were slammed. Service was understandebly slower, but, hey it's $.35/wing night. Grab a beer while you wait.

I had a burger which was acceptable but not great. My wife had the nachos which were covered in fake cheese sauce making them soggy. We sat in the bar where we were swarmed by insects making us want to make a quick exit. The draft beer is a great value. Bottoms Line: Get drunk on cheap beer and the food and insects won't bother you.

The nachos were soggy. The clam chowder was right out of the can. The wings were breaded and not good at all. Not a good place to eat.

Well let's see, where do we start. For one, the building is on an odd parcel, with a very narrow drive going to the back lot. The actual entrance is near the back, but on the side. It gets a little confusing, especially when they have a half dozen spots up front, very near a door that I can only assume is always locked. This is somewhat minimal, as it was the same thing back when it was Citi Grille. No worries. The worries start when you walk through the door. As we came in, it took several minutes for anyone to even acknowledge we were there. While waiting for someone, I noticed two angry patrons who were arguing with a server at the table closest to the door, and it ended with "let me talk with my manager and see what I can do". Still not sure what that was about, but you could tell they weren't thrilled. After a few minutes, we were seated, and the same girl who sat us, also got our drink order, which she personally delivered in less than 60 seconds. This was probably the last good thing that happened during our visit. We browsed the menu, front and back, several times. We decided on what we wanted. Then we waited. Waited. Waited some more. I got out my phone and played a quick game of "Running With Friends". After that, I finally pulled another server aside as said "I don't think we have a server?" To which her response was "Oh ok, well it's not me, but I will get you someone". Fair enough. About three minutes later, she came back and said "Ok, so I guess I will be your server." She seemed miffed, but was pleasant enough regardless. We quickly ordered, not knowing if and when she would be back. After we ordered, the table behind us (a man, wife, and four year old girl) kept asking what was taking so long with their food. She ordered a cold sandwich, he had some wings, and the kid got mac and cheese. Their server kept assuring them it was almost ready. Another 20 minutes had passed and these people still hadn't gotten their food. Mind you another couple had sat down after we did, and they already had their food. A server comes out of the kitchen door, and I feel for these people at this point (with the little girl saying "Momma im staaaarving!"), so I hope it's their food. Nope, it's ours! So literally after they drop off my wings, haddock sandwich, and salad... I turn around as say "if you want these wings for the little guy, they're all yours". They politely declined, and just as I asked, their food shows up. Of course it's the wrong sandwich, and half the stuff was cold. If this were my place, I would have sent a manager with the order, apologized profusely for their negligence, and offered them anything else they wanted. I also would have comped their meal, no questions asked, and maybe even have given them something for next time. They however, just sent out the regular server, he really didn't say anything other than "here we are!", and went on his way. Luckily these people were really gracious, and didn't cause a scene. I may not have been so nice. He came around again and said "anything else for you?", and they simply asked for the check, which he brought. No comps, no apologies, no anything. Pathetic. Luckily, I had started in on my sandwich first, because not three minutes after our food was dropped off, she comes back and says "Sorry, I gave you the wrong wings" and quickly takes them away. She comes right back out and replaces them with the wings I actually ordered. I hate to say this (and although I didn't touch them), but I have a bad feeling the wings that were dropped off on accident and sat with me for three minutes, probably went right back out to the rightful owner of said wings. Again, I didn't see it happen, but I'm just guessing. Gross. While waiting for our food, I also saw another two top ask what had happened to their server who they hadn't seen in ten minutes. Lastly, you had the same hostess who has sat us, trying to bus a table, and of course she drops an entire rack of plates and glasses, which shatter in the dining area. Where was the actual bus boy? You're guess is as good as mine. The food itself wasn't half bad. I liked the buffalo ranch sauce for the wings, and the fish was cooked pretty well, with a nice seasoning. It was nowhere near good enough to overlook all the other stuff, that's for sure. I think that the servers and host staff were trying, but there is absolutely no management team there to direct them. I'd like to say it's the wait staff who are to blame, but I think it's the ownership where the problem lies. If they were smart, they would call "Restaurant Impossible", and the guy from that show could whip them into shape. Because at this rate, they won't be around to see 2014...

Went for Breakfast with a party of 8. I understand how some were confused on the Entrance. The Entrance is on the back Left side of the building and there is not a clear sign. We were seated immediately, served promptly and had an excellent breakfast with family. Portions were huge and prices were decent, especially for how much food we received. Would go back again next time we are in Ohio.

What a great place for breakfast! Huge amounts of delicious food and superb, friendly service. More than either my husband or I could eat. I had the Strawberry Banana Pancakes which covered the entire plate. The bananas were cooked inside of the bottom pancake which was covered by an equally sized 2nd pancake covered with strawberries. Could've had whipped cream, but I had to draw the line somewhere! Will definitely be back.

Had a horrible experience at Blue Fig. I had suggested it to my friend and thought it would be a nice new place to eat. When we arrived, two employees were smoking by the entrance, which was very tacky and made us immediately question whether or not we wanted to eat there. After we parked we couldn't find the entrance from the back, because there was very poor signage. The employees smoking tried to guide us, but they did it in a very unprofessional rude way. We finally got in through the side door, and after waiting for 5 minutes to be seated and for an employee to actually acknowledge our existence we decided to leave.

My first time here. Went to meet a bunch of friends for happy hour. The only happy about it was the $1 bottled beers! The appetizers were horrible and we ordered just about one of everything on the starter menu to share with us all. No one at the table found the food to be good. The nachos were a plate of nachos smoothered in a cheese whiz like sauce which made the chips soggy!!! Will not return there for another "happy" experience.
